We did the factory reset as suggested by customer service 3 times. It doesn't work. I contacted support separately, and now they're saying it needs to be done TEN TIMES!!!!!

I have done recovery down load several times and it still goes through loop. I unplugged & plugged back in removed batteries from remote, added new batteries, and pushed the back reset button.
Mine also has been stuck on this screen for almost 2 weeks now. Tried going through all of the prompts and updating etc and still nothing works. Keeps coming back to the recovery mode screen after restarting. Very frustrating.

noticed this about a month ago. Same model, same everything
My 4 month old Onn Roku tv just went into recovery today and is also stuck there. I do not think i will buy another Roku device as this is my 5th and no help. There is other options.
My 40 inch Onn Roku Tv is stuck on a Recovery loop. I reset and unplug and everything under the sun . and it is still stuck. I do believe I first tried a update to fix this but it failed so perhaps it deleted all the software trying to update and the update failed. So now it just downloads the software and then reboots and goes directly to the recovery screen to start all over. To be honest, I might just never buy another Roku product after this as it is all to frustrating. I also think it could be some type of bug in the Tvs with the programing.
Hi, I have an Onn-Roku HDR10 70" doing the same thing and I've tried everything previously mentioned and when it restarts it comes back up in Recovery Mode. I've been trying everything all morning and nothing has changed.
