Hey everyone,
We believe this issue may be resolved.
- If you still have the app tile on your home screen, select it and press the * button on your remote. Choose the option to update the channel.
- If that doesn't work, check for a system update: Home > Settings > System > Software Update > Check Now.
- You might need to re-install the app from the Channel Store after updating your system.
- In some cases, restarting your device might help: Home > Settings > System > Power > Restart.
