Considering the next round of NFL playoff games are coming up in 2days, have any solutions been found yet?
I got this from NFL.com support today and will try later on, but I already tried all of this besides the first step with Allowing All Privacy Settings. Has anyone tried this first step?
If you are having issues with your NFL Roku application please follow these directions:
1. Please navigate to "Settings".
2. Choose "Legal & Privacy" then "Privacy Settings".
3. Choose "Performance".
4. Then mark Enable or Allow All.
You may also try these:
- From the Roku home screen, select the "Channel Store" icon.
- Use the up or down arrow button to navigate to the "My Channels" category (the top row), where you’ll see a list of channels you currently have installed.
- Using the right and left buttons on your remote control, select the channel you wish to remove.
- Select "Remove Channel."
- On the confirmation dialog box, select "Yes" to confirm the removal.
Once you have removed the channel:
- Unplug your Roku device and wait for 30 seconds to a minute.
- Plug it back in, then return to the Roku Channel Store to re-download the application.
- Launch the app and sign in using your NFL.com account credentials.
If the issue persists, kindly share the following details to help us investigate and resolve it promptly:
- If you're on the app, what version are you using?
- What device are you using (make, model, and software version)?
- Have you tried any troubleshooting steps? If so, which ones?
- If you haven’t already, could you share a screenshot or video of the error?
