Same behavior here...2 or 3 minutes then back to home screen.  If trying to watch a condensed game it never starts - the TV shuts down and restarts.

Having same exact issue, was working fine last night then freezes and restarts tv on condensed game,  2 minutes of full game. 

Kash we need help.

I have done multiple factorty resets, signed the tv up to someone else so I could delete and reinstall the app. Doesnt matter, that doesnt work. Ive had other problems with roku and the nfl app. There is nothing we can do until suuport steps in. Just expect to have recurring problems from now on with roku and nfl, If you like the nfl DO NOT purchase a roku tv in the future.

All day the NFL network has not worked. Every 2 mins it crashes and has to be rebooted. Why don’t keep saying it is fixed? I paid for subscription to watch last few weekends of NFL and I can’t see any football all day the first day of playoffs? Refund my money for subscription!!

What the heck, same problem here. Last week’s games still play fine. It’s just this week’s games. I also tried everything. Deleting and reinstalling, sign out and in. Pissed big time!

I ended up using Vizio app on my TV and no issues. Definitely Roku related and not NFL

I tried removing and reinstalling the NFL app...no joy.

This morning I was able to watch the condensed version of the Steelers-Ravens game without any problems.  Then I tried watching the Broncos-Bills condensed game, and it crashed the TV after a minute or so.  The "circle of wait" spins for less than 2 cycles, then the screen goes black and the TV restarts.

I'm running NFL+ version 5.0.76, build 7E5B623C.  My TV is a 75" Hisense Roku, model 6Series-75, HW ID G213X.  Software version is 14.1   Internet provider is Starlink.

Apparently there is something screwy with the Broncos-Bills game?  When watching the full game yesterday, I got tossed back to the Roku home screen after a few minutes.  Haven't tried that today yet.

Crashing the TV is a pretty bad problem, the Roku folks should be able to easily recreate this I'd think.
