Local OTA (over the area digital) channels are only available if you have a Roku TV with a digital tuner and a external antenna. You can't get OTA channels with a Roku Streaming Stick.
What is the app you a selecting on the ROKU Home screen under Apps & Inputs ?
My TV has Roku built in. I believe I already mentioned that. This has been solved on my part. No further responses to my thread are necessary. Thanks!😉
