This works for me.
I have two different ROKU tvs ( TLC and Hisense) where the OTA channels disappeared from the
Live TV Guide. This is the solution I found (you don't need to reset the TV).
Do Settings > TV inputs > Live TV > Rename . Select Antenna TV. After this you may have to scan
for OTA channels again. Under Antenna TV settings select Hide streaming channels (i.e. check box.)
Now on the Home screen you will have under Apps & Inputs "Antenna TV" and "Live TV"
This will have a guide for all OTA channels. Works on both TVs. The Live TV is also still present on the left panel.
Use Live TV for streaming channels. Use Antenna TV for OTA channels. It has a guide. I fell having Antenna TV only input works better for OTA channels selection.
That did not work.
Do you know when this will be resolved?
I tried your trouble shooting steps and it did not work. I am still having issues with live channel. For example, having issues with Univision NOW.
where do you go to settings? there are no settings on my roku device my remote turns on the tv but the home button is not bringing me to the selection page. it just keeps rerunning the home screen
i cant get into settings
it is frozen up
how do I unfreeze wait time for support is over two hours
Update. I turned the streaming channels back on and all is ok….for now.
My remote suddenly stopped tonight... no way to get to settings?
The best thing to do is to do nothing for a day or two.
I have found that when this happens it will correct itself in a day or two, it must be related to updates.
It is better to wait and not go through the hassle of editing your channel list again.
