@RokuMaryEF Are you saying some changes have been made in the last few hours that could fix the issue if I reboot it again.  My mother is 30 minutes away and not tech savvy, but I can walk her thru a restart.

To resolve this issue with Live TV channels, a system restart will help, please try Settings -> System -> Power -> Restart

If the issue persists, could you please provide the following information:

• The exact behavior of the issue
• Device Information:
  • Model
  • Serial number
  • OS version build
• Screenshots: Please include screenshots of the issue you're encountering.
• Tracking ID: If you have a tracking ID, please include it, along with the Issue ID and GC version displayed on your screen.
