Good news! It looks like this issue has been resolved for most users.

If you're still experiencing this issue:

• Restart your Roku device:
  • Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart.

It happened to me today at my mother's house.  When I arrived the channel guide showed both antenna channels and streaming channels.  Midway through the visit the antenna channels disappeared leaving only the streaming channels.  I tried everything.  Finally did a full factory reset.  It did not help.  My only solution was to Hide Streaming Channels.  Then, and only then, could I see the OTA antenna channels.  Please fix ASAP.

Since you are aware of the problem I will not put in a tech support request.  Or should I ?

This is a Roku TV model 50R4A5R

Hi I just purchase a RCA roku television and I don't get any free  channel please help thank you

I am having the same problem. Have always used live tv and my local channels would show up….until today

@DesertDweller53 I think you are referring to a Roku streaming device.  I think she is referring to Roku TVs.

Restarted multiple times with no resolution

Yes, I did try restarting.  No change.  

The TV was a gift to my mother a month ago.  She asked me to come over and look at it because it was turning ON randomly without touching anything.  Here is a complete chronology.  

Troubleshooting turning on by itself

• Checked for system updates
• Rebooted TV
• Verified HDMI CEC was turned off - No input connections on TV at all (except OTA antenna), so HDMI CEC was already disabled.
• Verified FAST TV start was off - It was already disabled.

 This is when I noticed the missing OTA antenna channels.  

• Looked endlessly for some setting I could have tripped to no avail
• Went to manage all channels under Live TV input and enabled Hide Streaming Channels - Now the guide showed the OTA channels, but no streaming.
• Disabled Hide Streaming Channels and checked again.  OTA channels gone again.  
• Performed a full factory reset.  Set the TV up all over again.  No change.
