    Hey everyone,

    Good news— the disappearing live TV issue has been resolved for most of you!  Thanks so much for your patience.

    Resolution:
    If you haven’t tried restarting your device yet, we highly recommend giving that a shot.

    • Go to Settings > System > Power > System restart > Restart.

    We're closing this thread now to help us organize other concerns. If you're still having trouble, please start a new thread and include the following info so we can dig into it:

    • Model/device info (DID or serial number) – just a heads up, not all Roku devices are supported for Live TV
    • Your location
    • When the issue happened (Has it been recent, or since you first got your device?)
    • A photo or screenshot of the issue
