I am now also experiencing the same issue with the Roku favorites showing numbers and not the channel icons on my harmony remote.

Mine LG Magic remote was working with roku up until about a week ago. Now it won’t

I think it's worth pointing out that I saw my Harmony control of my Roku go to #%^&! just after the latest Roku update was pushed out. Roku, if you're going to follow a policy of "no backsies" on FW updates, _please_ be more careful on future updates!

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and OS version. (this can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times, and provide us with this ID)
• Specific model of the LG remote. 

Once our team gathers the information we requested, we'll be able to proceed with the investigation.

no need to do tracker Id, it never works anymore.  As soon as u did the update, it no longer works

same issue here, I thought it was time to ditch the Harmony! Thank goodness I came upon this fix!!!! So happy!!!
