In addition to the statement you provided, could you also share with us the details of your device?

  • Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About).

I am having the same issue as all of the others. Same exact device and approximate purchases dates. I have 4 devices all with the same problem…….”currently unavailable” when the shows are clearly available.

Before you ask for additional information could you kindly update all of us on what you have accomplished thus far with all the cases that have provided so much specific information. What has Roku done? Greatly appreciate your help but it does not appear any progress in fixing our devices has been made?

Would it be easier for all of us to return these devices as they clearly don’t work?

We appreciate you reaching out for support. We'd be more than happy to further assist you with your concerns.

In this instance, the relevant team has already been made aware of this occurring issue and is currently in the process of determining the root cause and finding the best resolution possible. As we also checked with them, there are currently no available updates yet. No worries! Once we hear anything from our relevant team, we will make sure to update this thread. 

Furthermore, if you are currently experiencing the same issue kindly provide us the details requested by @RokuERey above so we can update the ticket and include your information in the ticket.
