mirroring wont show in settings

I've looked through every single option within my Roku settings (including after updating it) and "mirroring" wont show up anywhere. the version is 14.0.

    We understand you're having trouble finding the screen mirroring feature. We're happy to help.

    Most of the time, your Roku screen mirroring starts working by only reconnecting the devices. Disabling and again enabling the Wi-Fi on your devices may resolve your issue. If you still fail to mirror, then set your TV screen mirroring mode to “Prompt.”
