If you have a Roku TV, make sure you're using the TV's remote or try using the mobile app on a phone or tablet as a remote.

Mine, as well. My TV is disabled completely. So what do I buy? New TV? New stick? This is absolutely ridiculous. I keep thinking Roku will step up and fix the issue. But they haven’t and it’s been almost a week. Are we just screwed?
