2 sets of Bluetooth headphones not working - cannot delete them - tried settings… forget headphones nut they are still there. One set is disconnected in settings, the other set won’t disconnect.

how do I delete these two nonworking sets without totally resetting the unit?

John - I also tried your second set of instructions (If you are already playing content on your streaming device...). I can't disconnect the headphone set that's connected, can't connect the set that's disconnected.

        Need your advice!  Thanks
