Hi FwoGiZ,
Welcome to the Roku Community!
We understand that you are having trouble with your Hisense Roku TV casting with your PC. No worries, we would be more than willing to assist you with this.
To look closely into the issue, we would like to know the following:
- Your PC's Window type. (Windows 11 or 10, etc.)
- What is the brand of your PC?
- What is/are the error code or message that you are getting when trying casting?
In the meantime, we suggest you try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Restart your Hisense Roku TV: Press Home on your Roku remote > Scroll and select Settings > Select System > Select Power. If you do not see a Power submenu, skip to the next step. > Select System restart
- Restart you PC
- Check the connection, and both ends are connected to the same network. How to check the connection to your home network and the internet
For more details. you can visit our Roku Support article: How to screen mirror from your phone, tablet, or computer to your Roku streaming device
We recommend you try the following, and please keep us posted.

I am running Windows 10 Pro.
AMD Ryzen 5 5600X 6-Core Processor 3.70 GHz with 16gb RAM and GTX1080
The issue is that the TV isn't appearing when I press win+K. I see my monitor but not the TV. I enabled mirroring on my TV.
I rebooted my computer, restarted the TV. Both my computer and TV are on the same wifi.
When I press Win+K, i see my computer monitor, but not the TV.
Let me know if you need anything else.

Hello,
Did I provide everything you need? If so let me know but I believe I did. It still isn't working.
Thanks for your time!

I have 2 Hisense Roku TV's. One works connecting my Windows 10 PC, but not the other. I've verified the settings and checked these posts and online with no success. I have checked the software and they tell me it is up to date, but they are different. The working one is Version 15.0.4 Build 5534, the non working is Version 14.6.4 Build 9915. This is frustrating.

aabrams08 , did the one with 14.6.4 ever work? v15 is basically still in testing mode. None of my devices have received it, so you can consider yourself a beta tester. It's possible that something was fixed in v15 and your other TV will get it eventually.
