What is ROKU doing to fix this upgrade that screwed my TV. I cannot stream anything. What's the point?? Fix this now! or I'm returning the tvs. I own 2 of them.
Try a manual update under Settings->System->System update. Hopefully you'll be offered an "update" to the old version (10.0).
This makes no difference. It says latest version.
