My Roku tv is stuck in guest mode won’t let me press home and none of the codes work. How do I get it to work?

Thanks for letting us know about your issue with the Roku TV being stuck in guest mode. We're happy to help. Please try to unplug the Roku TV for 1 to 2 minutes, then re-plug it.

It won't get off my tv and my mom is going to be mad if she finds out

Didn't work I have tried reset button unplugging nothing works .

I’m literally going through the same thing. Today is day 3 of trying everything. Reset the TV doing a factory reset, unplugging the tv, restarting the internet, making a new Roku account. I’m so so frustrated. I hope we figure it out soon.
