I think I lose this theme every time they adjust it to default on me. There’s still a wallpaper that works like a theme (I’d assume). Check in wallpapers & may be still there? 🙂

Thanks for your post. 
The Seasonal themes are enabled by default and your Roku device will automatically display a seasonal theme and automatically switch back after it expires. If wish to disable them use the following instructions below:

1. Open the Themes menu using steps 1 through 3 from above
2. Select Seasonal themes
3. Select Off to disable seasonal themes (or select On to enable them)

Additionally, you can browse new theme packs or the available options theme pack from the Settings menu using the steps below.

1. Press Home  on your Roku remote
2. Scroll and select Settings
3. Select Theme
4. Select Theme packs to browse the available options
