Sound Cutting Out on my Ultras

The sound cuts out on my two Ultras for a few seconds every few minutes on two completely different TVs purchased in two different places.  So it's not a bad batch or compatibility issue.  I've contacted support twice now and they've ghosted me on a fix or a replacement.  Getting very frustrated.  If you're reading this and have the opportunity to return it that is the route I would take.  Anyone else had any luck with this issue?
