Setup of Roku

Why does my ROKU periodically require me to reconnect my WiFi, go through the sound, remote, then have me enter my email and need to click on the activation link. This is the 5th or 6th time since I owned it. It’s like setting it up for the first time over and over again

That's not normal.  If you have one that uses a USB power adapter make sure you're not using your TV's USB port.
