Hi, @RokuERey I don't see any option to attach an image here. Is there an email address I can send images to. Basically, I don't see any search field at all to find cchannels. I am using Roku in the Philippines by the way.

It seems like you're accessing Roku in a region where it's not available. Please be advised that Roku Search is available in English in Canada, Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the United States, and in Spanish in Mexico and the United States.

We believe that for some users, performing a restart helps. You can do this by going through Settings >> System > Power (skip if the option is unavailable) >> Restart. If the issue is persistent, it could be that the option is not available in your region. Kindly refer to @RokuERey's post for further information.

Hello I have the same issue just bought the device which promises access to disney plus and other channels but only netflix and apple tv seems available and the search function does not work.

I am in Indonesia and the app does not download here.

It would be great to have some sort of support contact to help with this.

@Adw76, Roku devices aren't supported in Indonesia and Roku doesn't sell them there.  All apps aren't available in all regions and many providers don't make their apps available in regions not officially supported by Roku.  Furthermore, many features (like Search) won't be available in those regions.
