I just set up my TV and Roku Express at my new apartment, I can watch all my existing channels without issue. But I tried to add a channel and got this response:
"Oops. It seems there are no players linked to your Roku account."
I can't seem to figure out what to do about it. Any help??

Is the email address listed the same one you used to log on to Roku's Website (to include https://my.roku.com and this forum)?
What is the model number? What is the software version?
At https://my.roku.com (same email address as on Roku) is your device listed at the bottom of the page?
Where are you (country)?
