Hi my parental control pin is not working. I’ve logged into my acct online and updated it. I verified I’m using the right acct/email address. I’ve reset it several times and am entering the same pin on the TV. It keeps saying incorrect pin. I’ve reset the TV. Do I need to do a factory reset? And if so, how do I get my acct back on my TV ? Thanks
Following a Factory reset you will be setting it up again as though it were a new unit. As part of the process you will link it to your Roku account -- either a pre-existing Roku account or a new one you create at the time.
