Hi @Shannongrey1,

Greetings from the Roku Community!
We will be more than happy to assist you further with this issue. For clarification, have you already created digital albums or photo streams and uploaded the photos? If so, then you can now set Photo Streams as the screensaver and do this from the Settings menu using the steps below.

  1. Press Home on your Roku remote.
  2. Scroll and select Settings.
  3. Select Theme to open the theme menu.
  4. Select Screensavers
  5. Select Photo Streams
  6. Select Set as Screensaver to set Photo Streams as the screensaver.

For full information on this, you can take a look at this link: How to use Photo Streams on your Roku streaming device.

We hope this helps. Let us know how it goes!

All the best,

John

Thank you for the added information, @Shannongrey1.

In this case, kindly visit our Official Photo Stream website and make sure that the albums with the photos you want to see are selected and have the checkmark in the box "Include in Roku Screensaver".

Let us know how it goes and we'll go from there. Hope this helps!

Best regards,
Carly

Thank you very much for the quickness of your response! I have downloaded the app to my phone, created a photo stream and gone into my settings and made the Roku photo stream my screensaver. I have also read and reread the instructions you shared and followed them. I have also done a system reset and updated my system and the Roku photostream app itself. It is as if my Roku express stock does not recognize my photo account.
Any other steps I can take?
