Overheating problem with Roku Premier 3920

Roku needs to permanently fix the overheating problem with the 3920x device instead of just saying 'unplug and let it cool'. The warning on the TV screen is annoying at best but makes you think it possibly could erupt in flames at some point(?). Should the state product safety office be notified?

Re: Product safety concerns 3920x

Chips are typically considered to be overheated at around 60-75C. The individual circuits in them are fragile little things. Common plastics and woods generally won’t ignite until around 250-400C.  That still seems like an annoyance though.  I’ve never seen an overheat on an Express 4K+, though it may be channel-dependent.

Banned but back. Because why not?
