- What troubleshooting steps you have tried so far?
- Is this only happening when trying to adjust the audio or are all of the key functions of the Star * button unresponsive?
- What type of remote do you have?
- Are there any error messages when trying to use the Star * button?
In the meantime, we'll try to isolate the problem, can you try to use the Roku Mobile App or a different Roku remote and use the Star button to see if the issue persists?
