My game mode turns off and won't let me play certain games.

Every time I try to launch gta v, call of duty modern warfare 2, or destiny 2 my TV turns the no signal screen and turns off game mode but I can still make inputs on the Xbox using my controller and can return to home and my screen returns to normal but I can't play. Is there any fix?
