Led screen not working but tv is in

Screen keeps blacking out, but the tv is still on ? Has anyone had this issue and how do you fix it? Recommend places to have the screen looked at

Is this a "Roku TV", i.e.one with Roku functionality built in?

A number of TV manufacturers have licensed Roku technology for inclusion in some set models and market them as "Roku TVs".   Roku doesn't manufacture "Roku TV" sets, it only supplies the Roku operating system.     

This sounds to me like a hardware issue that needs to be referred to the manufacturer of the set.
