Hi i just recently bought the tv everything works even airplay only for like yt or when i use a app which i can rotate as landscape if i keep my phone straight the tv screen freezes but i still can hear audio whenever i got for example on instagram tik tok etc. but I don’t see any video on the tv i have been looking to fix for the past couple  of hours did all the things reset to factory wifi updates followed the instructions on the roku forums everything but i still have this problem it work if i turn my phone in landescape but not if i keep it straight

• Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and Software Version. (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
• Tracker ID (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button five times, followed by the Back button five times, and provide us with this ID)
• iPhone Model and iOS version

I am using an Iphone 16 Pro max all up to date 18.3 version i have indeed used another iphone for example 11 pro max and 13 still the same issue but when i airplay with a cable from hdmi to type c for iphone 16 pro max it works absolutely fine

1. What are the exact apps that are being used?

2. Are you using Airplay or screen mirroring?

3. Is the TV freezing or is the phone freezing?

hi i am using airplay for apple to screen mirroring whenever i screen mirror and i am at the home screen the tv screen freezes and if i switch to an app like yt it works and asap i get out of yt the screen on tv freezes again if i use safari with my phone on landscape absolutely work fine and if i straight up the phone is stops freezes

Could you tell us more about...

• Does this issue also happen when trying to screen mirror simpler tasks on your phone, like browsing Safari and then rotating your phone while doing it? 

Please note that some apps restrict phones from mirroring to the TV for copyright issues.

When i use safari it works only if i rotate the phone is the phone is straight it doesn’t work
