I enabled my bandwidth and my tv keeps turning off any other suggestions?
Thanks for the post, @Minjares85
Please note that some streaming channels employ their own mechanism to cease data usage after a specific period of inactivity. These features will not be affected even if you enabled Bandwidth Saver on your Roku settings. We suggest reaching out to the channel developer to see if they have any additional settings or options within their channel that may allow the functionality you are looking for.
I hope this helps.
All the best,
Kariza

Let's be sure what we're talking about. Go to Settings > Network > Bandwidth saver
Is it set to On or Off?
Also, what Roku device model and model number? Settings > System > About

My answer is specific to TCL with ROKU integration TV (series 6)
there are two settings
one is mentioned as going from TCL Home Screen to the list and moving to SETTINGS.
select NETWORK and navigate to bandwidth saver , switching it off.
the second is Home Screen navigate to SETTINGS, then find SYSTEM
the next list search for POWER
you’ll find Auto Power Savings.
one is reduce power after 15 minutes and the other is turning off after 4 hours.

Mine does the same thing and it's set to off (data saver).
Hi @Teresa751
Thanks for the post.
Does the issue only occur when you access a specific channel? If so, I'd recommend checking my post above as it may answer your inquiry.
For more information. you can refer to this link: How do I use Bandwidth Saver to avoid going over my internet data cap?
