I'm trying to add a channel won't let me do to pin I've canceled my pin on my account hundreds of times say it will be off there next time I want to add a channel but it is not still asking for pin about to cancel account and get new one

We would recommend checking first the email address linked to your Roku device. To do this, navigate to Settings > System > About. Once you've confirmed the account, log into our website using that then proceed with the changes of your PIN settings.
