I followed these steps, changing the up address on the iWeb app from my iPhone, forget the network in the phone then reconnected, still don’t work. Reboot phone and TV and it still did not work

May we know what Roku device you are using right now? (Roku Express, Roku streaming stick, Roku Ultra, Roku Streambar, Roku TV-Specify) When did the issue start? Is this the only app or channel that you're having a problem with? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
