deaf handicap accessibility
Is this a question, comment, or criticism?
Obviously deaf people can see the screen, and can use subtitles.
Blind people can listen to/use the Audio Guide to navigate and listen to audio content (with or without Descriptive Audio).
If they are deaf and blind, Roku products are probably not suited for them.
It’s a question do they have the ability to link hearing device to rukotv I’m not tech smart trying to find out how to set up accessibility to help handicap friends. Also need to learn how to set up for blind brother. Thanks for tip
You can't pair a bluetooth listening device to the Roku TV/player, though you can pair/connect one to an Android/iOS phone and use the Roku Remote app's Remote Listening feature.
Otherwise, Roku TV's have 3.5mm analog headphone and digital Optical audio output ports to connect directly/indirectly to.
Also, some models come with remotes with 3.5mm headphone ports and you can use the remote listening functions of those as well.
