HELP WITH ROKU MODEL NUMBER ON SHARP 65"

My Sharp TV Model LC-65Q7370U went into a loop and only shows the (SHARP ROKU TV) on the screen and never comes up. Roku support is no help. sharp tech support says it is a Roku issue.

I have a 65" Sharp - Roku TV:  65A6132UWR

Model Number: LC-65Q7370U

Serial Number:  65G183177H04522

I am trying to get the information needed to download the latest firmware to see if that fixes the issue.

Does anyone know with out being able to get into the TV settings where the 4 digit and one letter Roku model number is?

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Look carefully at the labels.

Your model number is 7236X.  That's not your Roku serial number.  You can get it from your account at https://my.roku.com under your linked devices.
