I have had Roku on my 2 tvs in additional rooms for years.  Starting yesterday, I am in guestmode and can not figure out how to turn it off.  My code no longer works.  I stream xfinity on there from the main tv in the living room.  Randomly, the tv will turn off and I have to reload everything.  Do I need to update my control box and remote?  Please help, this is really getting annoying.

You might go to settings->system->about and make sure the email address shown there is the one you are logging in with a roku.com.  (Otherwise it could be using a PIN from a different account.)

Go to Settings > System > About on the Roku in question and note the mail address associated with the Roku account to which this Roku is linked.

Log into that Roku account at https://my.roku.com using that email address as your login name.

Scroll down to the My linked devices section where you will see a list of all Rokus linked to that Roku account.  You can enable or disable Guest mode there for each of the listed devices.
