Guest mode NIGHTMARE cannot figure out what the 4 digit PIN is

My tv is in guest mode it ask for a 4 digit PIN to take it out of guest mode. I don't know what this PIN is. I have went on the roku website and changed my PIN there. Evidently this is not the same PIN because it does not work when I put it in. What do I need to do to get my tv out of guest mode. It is driving us crazy everytime we turn it on we have to input a checkout date

    I thought you could take it out of guest mode on https://my.roku.com from your list of linked devices.  You may have to restart your Roku device (unplug the power briefly) for it to take effect.
