Enable or disable US CCPA privacy choices?

I just got a Roku Streaming Stick 4k for guests to watch at my place, and I can't figure out whether to select "enabled" or "disabled" in US CCPA privacy settings for the "Do not share or sell my per...

    You will want to Enable (checkmark in the box ☑️) in order to both "limit use of sensitive info" and "not share/sell personal info".

On my new Express 4K+  going to  Settings> Privacy> Privacy choices, then selecting my choice- check or uncheck from:

Limit Use of Sensitive Information, and Do Not Share/Sell My Information

After returning Home, then going back to Settings> Privacy> Privacy choices

ALL MY SELECTIONS WERE GONE

Tried it several times, same result. What's up ROKU???

    All this happened on a Thursday. Had a disappointingly long Chat on Friday to finally got a number to call 9AM-5PM PST, so too late  to call. By the time I turned my attention to it again on Wednesday, the problem was solved, settings were being retained. Very unclear what the problem was and whether Roku fixed it.

      Betawork What was the number they gave you to contact Roku?
