Can not connect since I get the message "update payment"

I get a message on only one of the TV's to update payment.  All the other TV's are working fine.

Updated payment anyway and still get the same message.

  • Do you mean connect to your wireless network or a specific app or paid streaming service?

    If the problem is connecting to the wireless network, that issue is unrelated to payment.

  • emilantunano Update payment for what?  There is no charge for using a Roku device?  What app are you trying to use?
