Both devices say they are fully updated. Neither work. One is no longer able to connect to any wireless network, after months of sloth slow activity. The newer device works but takes 45 seconds for any commands on any wireless network I connect to. Same issues on any wireless network and any tv I have. Roku needs to understand, their devices are outdating and not keeping up with their service and the network streaming services. I buy a new stick, and wala! Everything works. Roku refund me for my two sticks and start a trade in policy like amazon firestick is doing, since you cannot admit the sticks are outdating in 1 year use. Please reply with help or thoughts. Two RoKU sticks useless here!

Can you please provide more specific information about the issue you are seeing?
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
