4 day old express 4k not responding to remote or Google app

I installed my newest roku 4 days ago (express 4k). It doesn't respond to the remote several times a day. I tried the Google remote and it doesn't respond to it either

At this time it hasn't responded for over an hour. Sure would love to pause for a couple minutes.
