I check for updates everyday.  Still nothing.

@RokuReynan-L I'm on version 14.0.4, Build 12221. Have checked for updates and there are none. Still having the issue.

Updated to 14.1.4 build 7709. Still can't change volume on bluetooth headphones with remote.

This issue is not fixed. Bluetooth headphone volume cannot be controlled by adjusting volume with the remote. Brand new Roku ultra most recent update. JBL earbuds.

Hey everyone!

We're aware of the issue you're having and our team is looking into it. To help us figure things out, could you tell us:

• Make and model your headphones
• Your Roku device model, serial number, Device ID, and OS version (found in Settings > System > About)
• Your Issue Tracker ID (press Home 5 times, then Back 5 times)

We'll keep you updated on what we find.

had the same problem on my 4850x ultra s/n: x02800uw68jv ver 14.0 dev id: sovs348w68jv.  changed the control type from ir to cec and am now able to control the volume on my bluetooth headphones

Dang! You beat me to it!! I just changed my TV, and the new TV supported CEC. Headphones volume controls are now working!

To everyone else having this issue, could you please chime in if you are running using IR or CEC?

Look in Settings->Remotes and Devices->[Remote name]->Setup Remote for TV. Are you currently using IR or CEC? Which is selected.

Please note that I am an end user, NOT an Roku employee. This is not an official request. If there is a commonality between affected individuals, that will hopefully lead to a faster fix bu the Roku team. Can't fix a problem if you can't isolate the cause, right?

I will post in a minute my new Tracker ID.
