The speakers are not detected when pairing on any TV. I've completed factory resets on 2 tvs and that didn't help.

Yup, still won't pair. What's the next step. It sounds like there's an issue with a software update, rendering my equipment useless. Can I get help with the software update?

speakers worked fine in the past but no longer- have tried ALL recommendations multiple times.  They will not pair anymore

You mentioned that you're having trouble updating the software, could you please tell us what error are you seeing when you tried updating the software, by any chance, could you please provide us the Serial Number, Device ID and the Software Version of your TV? You can check it manually through settings. Home > Settings > System > About.

I've tried pairing the speakers with 2 other roku tvs after making sure all tv Software was updated, it didn't work with those either
