I purchased this tv in 2020. A few days ago I turned on the tv showing white vertical lines. After doing some research online, I've done everything suggested except for replacing the TCON board. Could this be the issue?
That is an issue you need to take up with TCL. Odds are, it may be cheaper to buy a new TV than try and get a 5-year old TV repaired. Roku can do nothing about it, as they are only responsible for the software on a TCL TV.
