Viewing and channel issues

My channels are not loading Code-N-W-48 for Netflix, Prime is not connecting either. My internet connection is saying excellent

Try restarting your network equipment (gateway/router/modem)  even if everything else is working and restart your Roku TV from Settings->System->Power (System restart).
