Video goes black while audio continues on Roku TV

I have a Roku TV TCL model 65R635 running Roku software 14.1.4 build 7709. The software was last updated 1/7/2025 which is about the time this problem started. On 2 of my apps, KTLA+ and Haystack News, the video goes black shortly after loading the app while the audio continues. When I try to go full screen the video goes black right away. I have not noticed the problem on Roku Live TV or the major streaming apps like Netflix. I’ve tried re-installing the apps, rebooting, and unplugging the TV but the problem persists. My other Roku TV does not have this problem but its Roku software was last updated in November. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I am having the same problem, but with Peacock, Amazon Prime tv, and Disney plus. Audio continues but no picture. I have to unplug my TV and then plug it back in in order for it to even give me the home screen again. Netflix and Max play everything just fine but these apps seem to be the problem ones and I don’t know why

Those apps work okay for me so it may be a separate issue.
