Tiny Roku tv home apps menu.

After resetting my Roku 55" TCL 55P605, the Home apps menu became very small in size.  I keep reading to change my Display type menu settings, but it does not exist on this TV.  Can anyone help with this?

Someone from another post I found suggested a system restart. And it worked.  You go to Settings/System/power/System restart.
