I just got a brand new 55" Series 4 TCL Roku TV. Whenever I turn it on a white info box flickers in the bottom left. It does allow me to go to my home screen, but multiple apps like YouTube and Netflix do not work.

On Reddit someone recommended I PM @RokuDanny-R to revert my software to Version 10 because I have an older TV. I believe I can't PM because this account is new, but Danny can you help me with this?

@jcharow  If you just bought your TCL Roku TV how is it older? If you just bought it it’s under warranty through TCL so contact them.

Can you please clarify the issue you are experiencing? Can you please provide us the following information:
-Roku device model, serial number, device ID, and software OS/version (these can all be found in Settings > System > About)
-does this issue occur on a specific channel? if so, what channel and what version/build is the channel (this can be found be selecting the channel on the Home screen and pressing the * button)
-tracker ID when this issue occurs (when you see this issue occur, press the Home button 5 times, followed by the Back button 5 times)
-steps to reproduce the issue you are seeing
-when you say that the channels don't work, what exactly is occurring? are you seeing an error screen or does it crash back to the Home screen
-screenshot of the issue happening so we can better understand the issue
