I am having the same issue, started today, nothing wrong with the signal. If this is happening to a number of people how do you intend to fix it?

Any news on this fix yet? Right now I’m stuck with a defective product I cannot use.
Is there a way to either get my money back or a working replacement? From the looks of this board it’s a common issue.
