Sharp Roku TV Unable to downgrade software

Software Version: 13.0.0 build 24063-13

Device ID: 7D468F497744

System crawled to a stop. Powered off and powered on

Reset router

Checked and reset network connections on device

Check for latest firmware update 

Powered off and unplugged device

Reset network connection

Reset to factory

Internet connection successful

Current software is more up to date. Downgrade is not allowed

Downloaded software to flash drive

Device freezes (blank screen) - update not allowed

Pressed reset button for 60 seconds

Home screen appears but still not able to update.

Can the device be saved?

Not sure if firmware can be rolled back

Do I have to replace the TV/Streaming device?

Appreciate any advice that you may have for me, thank you

    Could you specify what issues you're having with your Roku TV? Are there any error messages? When did you start having this issue? A photo or video clip of the said issue would greatly help us assess this further.
