Screen Mirroring not working please help.

So I have done several things to try to make my android connect but it won't even display the textbook on screen to even let it connect.

I've tried disabling/enabling my wifi on both my Roku TV, unplugged the TV and powered off both my phone and the TV. Nothing seems to work. I have the setting set to prompt, I enabled the setting to connect the TV to other devices, and yet it still doesn't work.

I'm not entirely sure if it's the build or not but it's 4182-EG and it's on version 12.0.0.

If anyone knows anything about this, please help me.
